Jarrah Bee Pollen is only available seasonally due to its availability. 

Serving Suggestions: Sprinkle ½ - 1 teaspoon on cereal or yoghurt, add to smoothies or directly under the tongue. It is not recommended to be added to hot food or drinks.

Store in the refrigerator to maintain it's crunch.
