How to Use: Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime. Or steep 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes to make iced tea, and place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Keep up to 3 days in the fridge.
